Dear Support,

Could you please answer the following questions:

1 – How can I determine the leverage of my live account.

2 – Can the leverage be changed. (i.e., from 100:1 to 200:1)

1. To check leverage you may try to use some of custom scripts (http://www.forex-tsd.com/170323-post8.html)
2. If you want to change your leverage please contact customer service.

Dear Support,

Recently i've opened a fresh demo account. When i open a new trade, i noticed the margin lower than usual. So i use an indicator to check the leverage. To my surprise, the leverage is 500:1. it that mean Alpari UK already introduce new leverage?

Hi

on demo accounts we are testing a floating leverage. For positions below 3M the leverage is 1:500
