My first steps with EA

Hay all
This is my first thread and i hope not the last one.
I making my first steps in the Expert Advisor market and i thought maybe sharing this with you.
First i would like to say this is a huge market as you know with tons of options and I already start to learn MQL and Comparing Expert Advisors.
So to my question!

1.Can anyone provide good E-Book/Website that teach you MQL for free?
2.Can anyone give me a good site that give alot of information about Expert Advisors?
3.Can anyone provide good comparisson site that compare Expert Advisors?
